Hi, as said before, what is not good for your eyes is the blue light, and the light screen. If you use flux, and you work in dark mode, you will decrease significantly your eyes tiredness.

Yes, you can do that but the juice link will be divided, and it's not very natural if you have a few URL which countains a backlink to your 2 websites. So I'm not doing this method much, not that useful in my opinion.
