don't login from different devices for a few days and let it rest for a bit as others have suggested. it should not happen to all your 100 accounts unless you repeat the same activity pattern for the password renewed one

I don't think you can find a buyer for 7K account (at least not with a satisfying offer). You need to build more followers and then consider selling. check ebay for listings of small accounts

5% engagement rate is good but your followers should be 20K or more to start monetizing. Hashtags and quality content is the key.
