No specific pattern, just act "normal" within sub other posts. If subs top posts get 100upvotes in 5min, you are safe in that range, don't send 1000 in 5 min. Just be mindful

Are you automating replies or manually doing this? How fast do you reply? Be natural, most users are slow to reply, and maybe reply 1-5 dm's per day. If you are replying to 100+ in short period of time with copy pasta, it will easily get flagged.
Inserting a link in a comment is extremely easy to detect to spam filters and is unnatural, especially after posting. You need to create meaningful conversation in comments and link to be helpful in sub that allows links.

Google "your keyword" + reddit. Check top top results number of upvotes/comments/engagement etc. Recreate those top posts that ranked with more upvotes/comments/engagement, while upvoting your comment/post to the top.
