I just pulled a minute ago and it cost 0.0005 ETH ($0.09) I think it depends on the network traffic. High traffic = high gas fee. So its best to pull if the gas fee is around 0.0005 or below.

I did pull out a few already. The pull out needs gas to make the transaction to go through. Right now it cost $0.77 gas fee per pull out. You need to have an extra Eth on your account. I suggest you to wait once the gas fee is less.

Before building links you need to check first if your on page seo is optimized for the keyword/s that you are targeting. With just on page seo I think it will help you push your rankings since there is less competition.
