Is proxies easy to use?
You can either use browser extension (like foxyproxy) or desktop program (like proxifier) to use your proxy, just put your proxy information into your extension (or software) and it should work. You can easily test it out by using free proxies that you can find on google (can't post link here)- upposties1408

Can I get proxies from Amazon AWS ?
[Linux VM only] Try to use squid to create your proxy instance (Can't post link because i'm new) https://linuxize.com/post/how-to-install-and-configure-squid-proxy-on-ubuntu-18-04/ Also I remember AWS free tier has 15GB outbound bandwidth limit so don't use it too much- upposties1408
