There's your problem. Fiverr is a terrible place to buy anything SEO related. It will do you so much better over the long run to learn and do the SEO yourself or pay a reputable company for the service (there are plenty of users here that offer excellent services)

I don't think you need hosting if all you're doing is redirecting. I remember buying a .com from godaddy and immediately redirected to an affiliate product without buying any hosting.
