to me, it is more important to understand who the target audience is rather than to post on a daily basis. when some videos make people leave comments or come for the next part of the series, it is better to focus on makking such a series than to make lots of different videos.
in case of making something new from scratch, i will not be so concerned about monetization in the early stages. choose some basic content concept that u will manage to repproduce without getting tired of it nd try out various approaches to catching attention and various video lengths.
i feel that reach can vary greatly on linkedIn. one post may receive more reach in a short amount of time than an equally good post. i would evaluate the successfful posts nd see what their topic is nd how they start insstead of thinking that there is some issue with the reach of the profile.
it is not like i have much experience on linkedIn yet but i have had similar doubts. carousel looks like a useful tool to use when infformation can be digested better slide by slide, as opposed to only text posts. i would love to find out whether carousel posts are bringing people more visibility.
