I feel like they have been targeting AI voices as of recently. It's generally safer to use your own voice or pay voice actors if you have the budget, or making the voice sound less robotic as possible.

Avoid posting low effort AI videos, YouTube is cracking down on all of that.

Try asking a family member or friend to create an AdSense for you to avoid linking anything back to you.

Check all the guidelines. Make sure you follow each one and try again.

That is exactly my plan. Surprisingly they didn't demonetize my other channels, just the one that was making me the most money. But I guess it's still risky opening new channels under this personal AdSense unless the original demonetization is fixed.

You can create one AdSense account per identity. To create multiple you can look into opening LLC's for each one.

Linking multiple channels to a single AdSense is generally fine, but if one of your channels gets demonetized then you risk losing all of your channels.

Anything that is high quality and well researched. Don't bother with the low quality content.
