Update, currently on 1150 followers, going to go to 7500 following over time then start unfollowing and repeat the process. Currently averaging 75- 125 likes per post with 1-3 comments :)

I agree its tedious, but it pays off, seeing active likes and comments on the feed is always a good feeling. I am flying through the followers and I don't know why, might be a stroke of luck lol

I unfollow as much as instagram lets me per 3 hours which is usually around 150-250, I always follow more than I have followers but its only temporary as its manual :)
