None of my residential proxies are working today, both existing ones & any new ones I setup. All were working fine 8 hours ago. Any idea what's going on and when it will be fixed? In case it's an account-specific issue, my customer ID is 82403.

I submitted a support ticket, but received no confirmation it has been received. My service ID is 172-9848-7227, please confirm this is being investigated.

I've just logged in and found a massive reduction in the number of available locations for residential proxies? Are more locations being added or is that it? Your service does not work for me with this reduced offering.

Go with whichever location you want the accounts to be based in. You also may not need mobile proxies depending on what you're doing, residential will suffice for many purposes and are much cheaper.

Your "sticky" residential proxies are not sticky, they keep jumping to completely different locations and getting my accounts banned. Are you able to fix this?
