Anyone know of a way to send auto replies to messages people send me on SkÒ¯pe? I'm not talking about phone calls or SMS messages but just when people type to me, is there a way to have my SkÒ¯pe reply to them automatically a preset message?

A friend asked me if I knew what this script was. I don't but I told him I'd ask around. All he has is a picture of it but it looks familiar. Anyone know what it is or where to get something similar? I've attached the screenshot of it below. Thanks!
