this is a classic case of " I totaly read their TOS " ... read the f*c*ing TOS .. they say there they are deducting 2% of your withdrawals ( max of $1 if you withdraw a minimum of $50 ) to recover their paypal fees... they're not into the charity business ... geez... cheers...
