They are right but you could always use an offshore host and just pray for the best. A lot of people like using the online video streaming sites.

This guy is legit... We talked over MSN and I signed up for the hosting and he sent me $10. EDIT: I only have a few posts because I'm not a active member here... I only come on here every so often.
