Proxies mate. Lots of good proxies and a good software to make it all happen. And trust me, anyone claiming it can do this without problems and headaches if probably full it.

Private proxies are expensive as hell, I don't see any reason in buying such proxies if you don't make at least as much as you invest in them.

You probably have to be as white hat as they come. Original clean content, news oriented, I doubt non news related websites will ever be included in Google News.
