Just a heads up to everyone - getting an account there is VERY hard. It's not like getting into a CPA network by any means. Otherwise - there are a few people doing this right now, so I'm sure OP knows how to do the method or is a middleman (20% is lower than the people I have come across).

Hey - looking for a JV with someone that can best monetize a SEO site of mine. Normally 1.5k hits a day, up to around 2.5k recently - all organic. I'm getting an adsense CTR of about .1 on average and tried a couple ideas that didn't work. I get about 20-35$ a day in Amazon sales with it...
