It's been a long time since I've used this account but I logged in just to warn people about purchasing this software. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE. The company is shady AF. They will pitch everything but their algo update which costs on a monthly basis, the software doesn't run without it...

It does look fairly generic - all the categories are there it just doesn't look "put together". Details - The rotator doesn't work. Lose rankings, date posted and folder icons. Go into the Footer.php (I think) file and delete the Powered by wordpress, etc ... links. Change your favicon...

The problem I see is that there are a lot of free theme packs out there, just check DeviantArt. If you're really good, you could charge. Just grab a URL (google: hostgator domains > get a goDaddy domain for $1), put up a wooCommerce store with downloadable products and get to work.

Magento is my choice - If you want to customize it though bring your code. - Also if you are going to get a Merchant Account for credit card processing, the Community Edition is PCI Compliant if you set it up right. Just because it's not mentioned - VirtueCart or redShop for Joomla works...
