This isnt entirely always the case. There are VPN providers with residential capabilities. The idea is most datacenter VPNs are def not going to work as well.

Also problem w phones is the IMEI, wich is essentially locked to the hardware, the algos register this and all kinds of data each time you create accounts and log into them. So you need a clever way around this if your using physical phones. good luck!

Have you tried to just create another bank account, theres lots of free online banks.

Slow and steady wins the race. The more music you have the better your chances.

Mobile proxies are good, but if your going the phone route you also need to consider the IMEI, that is registered and logged when an account is created, so if you run through many accounts the algos can flag your IMEI and your setup can stop producing good streams that count.
