Sometimes you'll get that error when the servers are over capacity. Give it another try :) Make sure you read the instructions too, if you havent. The zip archive can only contain photos. No extra folders or files.

Tumblr updated their API. But the script was remade and uploaded as a free service to all. Tumbloadr (its not on google so you have to add the last part of domain... starts with a c. add an o. add an m.)
