If you have a seasoned Amazon account and a seasoned Ebay account will paypal still hold your funds during the first 90 days?

So as i read here the consensus is that if an item is bought off of Amazon and sent using regular shipping and not prime one would be ok drop shipping items from Amazon and not get into trouble by Amazon

Can you elaborate on the name of the software and how you find them manually? I don't care about the items you find just the quicker process.

I have been buying items off of Amazon and reselling onto Ebay. Is there a faster way of looking through Amazon and then cutting and pasting that item description on Ebay to see if it is a seller? Or is that the best process to use? I buy the product and have it shipped to me and then i reship it.
