Dont use any paid service. Facebook closet all request contact form and here in germany they also updated their help article about the badge. They write that nobidy can buy a badge and they will check each verified page and delete the badges! Nobody can just get the blue badge. You must verify...

its very easy and i can do this kind of stuff. i also can create the font or replace it by copy and paste single letters. but it looks realistic and they cannot see if its a real driver licence or a fake one created with photoshop
