of course it’s being crawled, but not in a capacity that could form a database and start calculating and then contributing to rankings..anything besides just crawling, to make such things happen, needs a separate infrastructure and massive track & crawl budget per request.

Lately I have seen from here and there where people claim that Trustpilot profiles and the Trust Score of those profiles could have some ranking factor.

I think that a few SEO gurus have openly said that few hundred positive reviews on BBB will get you better rankings...
