Never stop trying to find new methods and improve your current ones, it's a mindset.

Everyone here is just trying to help you get a better understanding of how the actual payout works with feedback and their stories. This should inform you not upset you. Show some appreciation once in a while.

You need your own content if you want to monetize from youtube directly. Making similar funny videos yourself would be ideal, good luck ;)

Adobe Illustrator or Coreldraw Graphics for creating logo's/banners and new images. Photoshop for editing existing images and photos and adding extra things.

I'd say depending on if you only need to visualize an idea or create a whole new one. I'd pay about $5-10 to get my sketch worked out and probably a bunch more if I need entirely new ones designed.
