It is not that eBay's fees are to high, the problem is you are selling items with to small profit margin. eBay / PayPal fees are only 10%. If you sell items that make over 100% profit 10% is not a problem. There re tons of items which make over 100% profit. Check out Waterhouse Research.

The problem with drop shipping is the dropshipper takes most of the profit. I have been selling on eBay since 2002 and never once seen a dropship opportunity with margins over 20% after paying all the fees. There are much better options. As an example, Waterhouse Research shows you which items...
