Is it safe to run more than one account per ip address

This sounds like a great method, ive been wondering how i could get followers to go to my site. Question, how many followers would you suggest to do per day without triggering algo.

If i clone a website and change the wording so it passes copyscape, but basically keep the same format and same images. Would that lead to a ban, as far as essentially cloning a site editing and marketing it through multiple domains via several AdWords accounts ?
