Question: Do you figure out LSI's for non english keywords as well? Do you provide on page optimization for non english sites too?

Also, what velocity do you guys suggest? 1 Web 2.0 per week for a 4 week old site for keyword with 6000 searches per month? (only one authority site ranking on page 1, other competitors are "ok" optimized. I think I can get on top or at least on rank 3. :D

UPDATE: So I updated the structure in a way to do a small "case study" for me to learn more about "which links work and how well they do". This is why I set up each Tier 1 Web 2.0 in a different way, to see how much the other Tiers are powering the Tier 1. Also PBN #2 will get a very well...
