Are you using HostGator? If so, you can use QuickInstall via CPanel. If not, just look at the help docs. It has literally EVERYTHING you need (Google: "Installing WordPress").

You need to check your grammar and spelling. I wouldn't stay on your website for very long at all because you make the most basic mistakes. If you just used spellcheck or "grammarcheck" it would make life so much easier for the reader and yourself.
