I sent an email via the contact us form on your website about a week ago enquiring about the service .... and still waiting for a reply ..........

I sent an email almost a week ago and only got a reply back a few days ago, and am still waiting for a reply back. A week is a really long time just to put an order in, and have to wait days and days just to get a reply !
