I would use a re-direct plugin, which sounds like the one you mentioned is. and add new content, or use archive.is or wayback machine to grab the old articles and post them all up. don't worry about the pages must be the same, because they don't, just do it quickly, move in and renovate.

Agree with that statement, a good expired domain gets you to first base, but thats it. still need to do keyword research, solid content, then more fresh backlinks. Its not 2007 anymore.. :

I agree with portillo, its loosing its exclusivity at $19, i understand the need to monetize the blackhatworld.com to the max but maybe somethings should be kept at a high price to eliminate the new guys that would ruin it for the rest of us.. I am really starting to change my mind on this...
