It depends why you first started collecting them in the first place. Did you have any goal in mind at all? You could sell the list on or partner with somebody to send mass mail on their behalf.

Bitcoin is not anonymous, it’s pseudonymous. Every transaction is recorded permanently. Mixers are by no means perfect, if the mixer keep logs and it gets busted that's one way to go down. Mixers add difficulty but they are not fool proof.
