unity are not checking/review your app like facebook does , even you doesnt publish your app on play store the ads still appear and count

don't put eggs in one basket ! why not using multiple admob ? 1 admob with multiple dev is OK but its risky , when you got BANNED you will loose all of your EARNINGS

im using latest admob sdk and using json admob server and it still working no need to save your app id on manifest just use com.google.android.gms.ads.AD_MANAGER_APP on manifest and you can set app id on json and then convert into java code parsing here the tutorials ...

Are you using WEB APP BUILDER like andromo or appcreator24 ? that is the problem , its happen to me also now i switched back to android studio and unity
