Can I use the strategy in your book to promote affiliate products? Do your book have strategy for Instagram?

I see a lot of competitors' Instagram page promoting Clickbank offers but wonder how they manage to get sales

Do any of you use Instagram to promote Clickbank products? If yes, any tips to convert clicks to sales? I tried using Instagram promoting some weight loss products on Clickbank but see no results. Only clicks but no sales.
