Assuming I am able to get 100 accounts, how can I run each account at the same time on a desktop, since it is almost impossible to run over 100 accounts on 1 device. Is there a program for this? I have been searching for something like this for ages but I have had no success.

Kind of obvious when you reach 20k-30k you stop using bots to avoid any chance of ban. And if you have a crappy profile then people will most likely unfollow you.

Look through the Instagram terms and conditions and somewhere in there it shows the limits for the amount of different actions you can perform in a certain amount of time. Abide by them when commenting and your set.
