Instagram started shadowbanning botted accounts and accounts that spam hashtags, they know you use bots but they don't do any actions you notice (that's what I think).

Same, wouldn't recommend using any automation platform at the moment. But that's just my personal sight of view ;)

Because MP and FL are hosted on your PC/Server there is a minimum chance of them banning FL/MP. But its not as big as if you'd use Instagram tools such as Instagress. Obviously IG/FB has shutdown their service because they were unable/don't want to ban the accounts on it.
