You can adjust your email client with SMS gateway. Outlook, Mozzila thunderbird.... You have few SMS aggregators which have this option as their service

But avoid sites which offer you free SMS, because you don't know is that reliable service or you have limitation of sending SMS per day or something similar.

There is spam checking also when you are sending messages

Your clear way to get to your clients/customers are via SMS (offline). For Viber and WA clients need internet and for SMS you do not need that. I was considering to use Viber or WA but i give up from this two ways. It's expensive when you compare SMS and social apps but bigger response with SMS :)
