No. what I mean is, did you delete videos recently in your channel, because it might be the cause of that sudden drop of your channel. I have a channel once, I deleted the old videos preparing to apply for monetization and thats exactly what happen to my channel.

If its the "copyright strike" then it won't affect your chances being monetized as I personally experience applying one of my channel that has active (one) copyright strike but still get approve from the YPP.

It happen to me too, it was also my only source of income at that time and that feeling was really devastating :( anyway, regarding the payment (for the month of November) you will still receive it, at least for me I receive my payment even after my account was terminated.

the channel that was disapprove have unique content, i record it myself while traveling, but their response for disapproving is same to you, Reused Content. which really confuse me.

my channel that has organic views/watch hour only get review for about 2 days then approve. my other channel that i paid for watch hours (about 3k hours using smm) takes about 2 weeks before they reply and disapprove.
