I think you're wasting your time with Instagram. You should cut down to only 10 active accounts and focus on growing those accounts. Just a suggestion.

One method to find active users. - Click on a pin and scroll down until you see "See all by __ people" - click on that - POW you have a list of users who was last active on the pin. You can follow and like a few of their pins to increase the odds of getting a follow back.
