Good thing to read up and get a feel of what you need to do before jumping into it! Sure, the only way to do it is to "just start", but i've lost a lot of money from just starting :P

As blogzandstuff said, i don't see the point of the poll. Most i can say for a blog except for learning SEO techniques (which are ALL OVER the forum, hard to miss) just keep writing more content, and better content. Content is king.

I'm setting the up manually (header, avatar, bg color ads etc). Then i use a paid online service to upload a queue (that loops) and let them post 10-150 posts / day.
