I think xapo is best out there it is the only one that doesn't macro manage your buy. Unlike coinbase they limit your initial buys for months it is frustrating. If you want to be unhindered and more secured use xapo

Yeah, I feel paypal is rampant with scams. They are not setting any barriers. People are creative but I would highly recommend you stay away from paypal when buying Bitcoin or any Coin. It is safer to use coinbase or even better xapo. They are bitcoin based and biggest market.
