I made a payment 24hours ago and still no balance has been added in. I've been contacting the whats app and no one is answering. This service use to be good, but taking this long to add funds are unacceptable.

Why isn't the panel working? It's been down for a few days and I still have money on my account. I hope this is temporary. I'll give it a few more days before I request a charge back.
