Cold calling but you have to be a monster at it and not timid or afraid. Have some script guide material. Calling USA might be difficult as I noticed a lot of owners like to do in person meetings but you could always do some after the original pitch

What is the pay like? I do sales via phone and also have a team of sales man who cold call but unless your providing a good split of sales it hard to find cold callers.

I know people selling 1000 dms for $10 but it's not cost effective to run a full campaign with no historical stats on conversions. $100 gets 10k DMs but what happens if I get 200 followers out of it? Not worth the risk of ROI in my opinion

Really depends on your niche. I post 6 times a day and have a 18% engagement rate. Some niches are better than others in terms of engagement
