I never bought one. But I have used another FB account since 2015 to promote my pages. It still works well. I also use this account to boost my Facebook pages with FB ads and I think that is also reason to still work this account. And it's not verified for mobile no and I created it for my e-mail.

There are sites like "privacypolicygenerator net" to generate privacy policy. They have a small form to fill in basic information to generate privacy policy. (your site name, URL, etc)

And I think limitations of your account also automatically remove them after some time period. But your post didn't reach as before until they remove limitations.
