That is not correct to 100%. - Youtube at time only counted ~ 10 - 30% of NOT "user logged in" views. - Youtube at time only counted ~ 50 - 60% of "user logged in" views. - Youtube at time only counted ~ 10 - 20 views on videos from 1 ip. Without refferer you will get lower views! Check it out...

I think so. But you can do geo target without servers in different countries. Think simple! I currently generate my 20k (counted yt-views) from any country (without turkey, kuba and china) where I want for little money. The problem lies only in the infrastructure. So, servers and bandwidth!;)...
