I think they use this method: Step 1: Good video on page -> Facebook ads to promote video -> Get likes page Step 2: Post good content link to their Site -> Get clicks from Fans on page Step 3: Repeat day by day. BTW: I have the fanpages with over 220k likes by using this method.
