you can try just googling your website and see what kind of traction it picked up in the meantime. See if any of them are backlinks and youre good to go.

It might work to just disconnect your modem, or restart it. The router does not need to be reset or rebooted unless you have a 2 in one modem/router. But i think this depends on the provider. If the ip that you had gets taken by someone else then you will get a new one.
