Did you just start targeting with WC ads? I thought your pixel needs some data first before it can start optimizing with WC ads.. What am i missing?

What kind of WC ads did you run? My understanding is that the WC ads are based on data in the pixel... If you don't have data in the pixel how did FB optimize for those WC ads? Thanks for all the knowledge!
