from my experience TikTok's strength in engagement is their LIVE feature. A creator can go LIVE and engage real time with multiple followers via Multi-Guest feature. Content is the key to posts. Consistency is the key to LIVE

A user only needs 1K followers and go LIVE once for LIVE Access to be enabled thereon out - the follower requirement doesn't apply anymore if they dip below 1k

Are you able to use the co-host/multi-guest feature on the LIVE with your camera emulation?

From my experience... here are a few ideas: 1) had 1000 followers - got live access and then deleted them all. 2) they are in a country with no/low minimums 3) they are linked to an agency that got the LIVE access
