there is a boom of co.il pbn building hehe, and good co.il are harder to come by, because of diffrent rules, there are no auctions, it's first come first serve, and "release" dates are not always predictable. it's a pretty small market, so those who are at the top, can pretty much rule :)...

got any suggestions where to look for someone who could make one? thanks
