It's not illegal though, we're not selling any scheduled substances, only unscheduled stuff.

As far as I know, the standard way to do this is to set up a second webshop with completely clean products, and get a merchant processor for that one. Then you route your sales of your real/main webshop through that one. I've never tried it, so I don't know what snags you would run into though.
