Unless you have the patent for that trademark there is nothing you can do. Not many companies submit complaints about other ads using their Trademark in the AdText. What industry is this if I may ask?

@PSTNET I have a lot of experience with BH so i will get straight to the point. I see that you are advertising payment cards. What makes them special? Also I assume they are VCCs? I have tried many payment solutions and most of them don't work out.

Can you clarify what you mean here? Do you mean running the safe campaign to "google business", ones who are are not running ads? If that is what you mean this was my exact test for the safe campaign.

Do you really think the whole agency could be scrutinized? What I mean, if they have clients that are adverting with them wouldn't their accounts be questioned too? I only say that as why would google push away money...

This is quite interesting. If I manage to get the Safe campaign though, the BH one works well for at least a couple of months. P.S. - The safe campaigns that I usually run are for bookstores and don't see many potential issues with KWs. there.

Hey no, I have not had many suspicious payments bans as of recent. However this reminded me, the account ban that I mentioned above did get initially flagged for suspicious payments but this was appealed and ultimately fixed. Then the BH ban came in and every new account started getting banned.
