Why don't you just send money to yourself? It doesn't matter is it "friends and family" payment or sale. I have two PayPal account, I'm logging in to both from the same computer and the same IP. One account is real and one is fake. I have sent money a couple of time from one account to another...

You can sign up for Cryptopay account and get their plastic debit card. Just transfer your BTC to the card and take it on ATM. Alternatives for Cryptopay are Xapo and BitPay.

Yep, it's like toml3030 said. Besides this, if you have selling limits on eBay, the limits will be divided between accounts. For example, if your selling limit is 100 item per month and you use one PayPal account on two eBay accounts, the limit will be 50 item per month per eBay account.
